Answer :  Battery life for E-seal Tracker is counted by data-sending times. It supports at least 400 data-sending which means you can have 400 reports. If you need 10 reports each day, the battery will last for 40 days.

2. Question: Can I replace the lock rope when the battery is not dead?How?
Answer: Yes. You can pull out the lock rope and insert new lock rope.
 

3. Question: Can I use my own SIM card ?
Answer: Yes. You can use your own SIM card but you need to tell us the APN settings. 
 

4. Question: Where can I receive alerts ?

Answer :  click this icon on the top on Jointech's platform. Detailed information can be viewed.
 

5. Question : Can I set Geo-fence for E-seal Tracker ?

Answer: No. E-seal tracker only supports real-time tracking and rope-cut alarm. But our other products can set Geo-fence alarm.
 

6. Question: Can I receive SMS alarm ?
Answer : NO. But our other products support SMS alarm. You can contact us for more information.

7. Question: What if I want to use E-seal Tracker on my own platform ?
Answer: OK. Protocol or API can be offered for you. You can use it on your own platform.
